In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Rsirova: the company offering clothing, fashion items, and accessories through an online webshop.

  • Customer: any natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Rsirova.

  • Agreement: any arrangement between Rsirova and the customer regarding the purchase of products through the webshop.

  • Products: all clothing, accessories, and other fashion-related items offered through the webshop.

  • Webshop: the online store operated by Rsirova.

Article 3 – Applicability

Article 4 – Offers and Products

  1. Rsirova aims to display all products as accurately as possible.

  2. Colors, sizes, and images may slightly differ from reality.

  3. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding for Rsirova.

  4. Products are available while supplies last.

Article 5 – Orders

  1. An agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and it has been confirmed by Rsirova.

  2. Rsirova reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or incorrect information.

  3. The customer is responsible for providing correct address and contact information.

Article 6 – Prices and Payments

  1. All prices on the webshop are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  2. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

  3. Rsirova reserves the right to change prices at any time.

  4. Payment must be completed immediately through the available payment methods.

  5. Orders will only be processed after successful payment has been received.

Article 7 – Shipping and Delivery

  1. Rsirova aims to ship orders within the stated delivery time.

  2. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.

  3. Rsirova is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

  4. The risk of damage or loss of products transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered.

  5. If a package is delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  1. The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason.

  2. Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition including tags.

  3. For hygiene reasons, certain products may be excluded from returns.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

  6. Rsirova reserves the right to refuse returns if products have been used, damaged, or returned incomplete.

Article 9 – Warranty and Complaints

  1. Rsirova guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and reasonable quality standards.

  2. If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, the customer must contact Rsirova within a reasonable period.

  3. Complaints can be submitted via the stated e-mail address.

  4. Rsirova aims to handle complaints within 14 days.

Article 10 – Liability

  1. Rsirova is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.

  2. Rsirova’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

  3. Rsirova is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the webshop, including logos, designs, images, texts, and graphics, is the property of Rsirova.

  2. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use material from Rsirova without written permission.

Article 12 – Privacy

  1. Rsirova processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  2. Personal data is only used for processing orders and customer service.

Article 13 – Force Majeure

  1. In cases of force majeure, Rsirova is not obligated to fulfill its obligations.

Article 14 – Applicable Law

  1. All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law.

  2. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
